BluFlux RF Technologies Hires New Director of Product Development

Eric Roth Builds on BluFlux’ Expertise in Real-Time Location Systems, Wireless Sensors, Asset Tracking, Wearables, Connected Car and Internet of Things Technologies

BluFlux RF Technologies, a leading provider of RF, antenna and electromagnetic design, engineering, measurement and testing services, is proud to announce the addition of Eric Roth to its executive team in the role of Director of Product Development.

Roth is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience directing a wide spectrum of technology product development and manufacturing and is a specialist in wireless sensors, real-time location systems (RTLS) and asset tracking.

Among his many other cutting-edge products, in 2000 Roth co-developed the first ever web-connected activity monitor, the SportBrain iStepX Activity Pedometer. Last year Business Insider reported that the wearables market would be worth $12.6 billion by 2018 and the industry had a notable presence at CES 2015.

Eric will also lead our RTLS team; his expertise in RTLS technology was a major factor in bringing him on board.”

Roth’s experience includes hiring, training and leading cross-functional teams in design, development, prototyping and production. Roth is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Vermont and is completing a master of business administration, finance, from Colorado State University.
